Description of Work: Roy did a visual inspection of a property I had under contract. He was able to point out some major issues and saved me from buying a lemon! I will be happy to hire him again for another inspection.

+ -1 moreRoy was very prompt and courteous. He is meticulous and organized. He took about one and one half hours to inspect the home and then walked us through all of the areas of concern. Afterwards, he sent a professional report with photos to us via email. Overall, I find he is an excellent inspector.
