I asked for an annual cleaning of my system which we have done many times. The annual cleaning usually consisted of checking the freon and cleaning the outside AND inside coils as well as making sure all the drains were running smoothly. I should have learned my lesson that if a service person says they can be right out... there is your sign! But, Jonathan quoted me the same price as another company who had a coupon for $89 and I thought - well this is great and he can come out today! They did check the freon, said it was a little low and added some, hosed off the outside unit, went in the attic and blew out a line they said was stopped up. When they came down I asked if they cleaned the coils in the attic and they said it was behind a panel. WELL, it is been BEHIND A PANEL the last 10 times we have had this done and the inside coils were always cleaned as part of the annual cleaning. Very disappointed and feel I need to call someone else to do an actual annual cleaning properly.

This man spent 4 hours at my house just to change the fan motor on my a/c compressor. After 4 hours, he said he had the wrong motor and would be back the next morning. Now he will not answer the phone or text messages.

They were professional, friendly and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I'm going to switch to them for my maintenance

When i called within an 1 hour he showed up and my house was cool. He was a life saver. Johnathan also already had all the parts so he was well prepared.
