I questions Jonathan policies and his payment policy. Jonathan does not use the agreement price for work and then charge a high tax to the agreed price on the back end. I feel Jonathan rates are higher then what a average rate is.

not new but not well known

They got here the same day and had my AC fixed within 30-40 minutes. They gave me a rough estimated time of 3:30 pm. They got there at 4:30 pm. That's an awesome time frame in that I didn't have to wait all day. Some places give you a 4 to 8 hour window while others make you set up an appointment 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
