Affordable AC and Heating

We’re so happy with these guys! Our AC went out in New Orleans in the middle of July. We called a different company we’ve used before; they had a 3-week wait. Affordable AC called me as soon as I submitted my request through HomeAdvisor, and they came out the next morning, on time. The issue was fixed in half an hour. They even pointed out something unrelated that we easily changed ourselves and is already helping to cool our house. All in, 15 hour turnaround in the middle of summer. We will definitely use this company again. THANK YOU!!!

Quick response on the phone. Arrived 20 minutes later, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the AC problem. Had the replacement part on the truck., fixed our ac. No special Sunday rate, just the regular rate. Friendly, courteous and an overall nice guy!

Just needed a check up on two ac units on a double that I bought about a year ago. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of helpful information on the placement of the vents in the home as well as identifying a leak in one of the ac units. I highly recommend this company.

We had to special order a part that had to be paid for in advance. It has been over 2.5 months. I have not heard anything and can not get in touch with them.

Jonathan quickly responded to my request to engage in an annual maintenance agreement for my HVAC system in uptown New Orleans. He came by the day after I initially contacted him and provided excellent service quickly. I would recommend him for HVAC maintenance and repair.

Hired him to change all ductwork in a extremely low attic. I thought ceiling would have to be removed, but he crawled around and completed all work without removing any Sheetrock. Called him on Sunday, he was here at 8:30 Monday morning. He did excellent work at a very reasonable price. He will be my a/c man from here on.
