Description of Work: I called 9:20a to see about having someone come check out my electrical problem. Was told it would not be that day and someone would call me.

+ 0 moreLake Area Electrical was extremely pleasant, and efficient. It was near Christmas and I was worried they would tell me they could not come. They answered the phone with such a willingness to help! AMAZING! They scheduled me right away. They called first, came as planned, and fixed the problems right away! The young man was so very nice. I know they were busy, but they were so willing to take care of these needs I had. GREAT PEOPLE!
Description of Work: They fixed lights that went out in 2 rooms, problem was the breaker. Replace several electrical sockets otside.

Description of Work: The quality of work was good. Tech on site did have to come back two days in a row because he forgot little things, which was no big deal to me since I was in no hurry. Housekeeping and cleanup was not good, he left a mess. |I would use again but, clean up will be discussed before next project.

Very Professional, and one of the head guys Steven Fisher MAKES SURE that his guys DOES EVERYTHING RIGHT, if they make a mistake, then it gets taken care of IMMEDIETLY. Description of Work: I waited almost a week for another electrician before I called LAE. He came within 2 hours, spent 2 hours finding the short in not favorable conditions, and then checked each socket to ensure they worked. I was very satisfied. Interestingly enough, the other electrician called about 3 hours too late!

Description of Work: Best quote, finished in less time than quoted, came in under budget (quote), did extra work not on work order for same price quoted. Will definitely use again and already have quote for next job. Quote was lowest compared to 4 other contractors in area. Very professional, manager called to check on my opinion and satisfaction of work being done.
