Couldn’t have gone any better! They actually had to work our job in between other jobs already scheduled otherwise it would have been 2 weeks. They are without a doubt the best!

I sent an email to him a few days ago and have not heard anything. Called him and he admitted that he forgot to give me a callback. He did work me in within 24-hours. He showed up at the scheduled time of 8:00 am and was done within 30 minutes. Was charged for one hour at $90 per hour.

It went great, the service tech was professional and nice.

I did not use them but they were very courteous and helpful and gave me an estimate. He came out gave me an estimate and was very professional. I would give him A's. What is ironic is that some of the people I was interviewing the guy I chose uses them. I guess he subcontracts with these people. All though I did not have the work done with them. I was very satisfied with all the people I called. I was very happy with them.

The plumber showed up on time and located the leak, which was some distance from where it appeared to be. The leak was on the connection to the water meter on my side of the water meter. The original water line installation in 1996 from the meter to my house had my water line bent and under a strain as it curved toward where the shut off valve is located at the edge of my home where the water line enters my home. The fitting connecting my water line to the water meter finally started leaking after being in service for twenty years. He supplied and installed a 45 and supplied and installed other stronger schedule 80 materials to complete the repair.

They removed a 1/2" natural gas line that ran up through my kitchen (exposed, not in a wall) and into the attic for the furnace. They capped the line under the house and left the furnace line ready to accept a new natural gas line that they had run up into the attic on a previous service call.

The customer service was outstanding; our plumber, I wish I had asked his name, was very professional and courteous! I will definitely use this service again. It's nice not worrying about who will be coming out to your house when you need them! Thank you!

Mike showed up promptly and got right to work. He drained the tank, and while the tank was draining, instead of wasting time watching it he worked on another project. We had originally wanted the shower drain repaired, but there is a crack in the bottom and Mike showed us that there may be an issue with the support. So we decided to wait for the Tub Doctor and make a decision after. He could have repaired it and not said anything and charged us. HONEST, professional, prompt and courteous. The plumbers presented themselves promptly at specified time and wasted no time getting started. Completed task quickly and even cleaned up enough to satisfy my OCD daughter. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend highly to all my fellow Angie's list members!

Desperate to find a plumber who could come out quickly to fix my water heater, I started calling around town. Most of the plumbers I knew to be reliable were all too busy, so I headed to Angie's List. When I called Dautriel's, he too was too booked up. BUT he did something none of the others had done: He gave me the name and number of another plumber whom he said might be able to help me. He said the guy did very good work and he prices were reasonable. I was shocked! So few businessmen these days put the CUSTOMERS' needs above their own!. Like the others I had called, he could have simply said, "I can't do it; I'm too busy." But Dautriel's Plumbing went the EXTRA mile for me, and I appreciate that. The other plumber did an EXCELLENT job and charged me a fair price for the work done. Thanks, Mr. Dautriel, you're a fine, HONEST man.

It went fine, he came in and he was out in 10 minutes. He went right to the problem and fixed it quickly. Since all he had to do was tighten something up, I wish that we haven't had to pay for the whole service fee but we paid for a house call so that's what he charged. Quality was fine, they were good.

We have used them 3-4 times earlier. The price was fair. I would highly recommend them and they have been fair and honest working with us. The big job that I had them do was when my waterline was busted. They gave me an estimate for $2500 but the actual bill was $1800. They came in way under their estimate and that was impressive when it comes to plumbers. We have used them after that for 2 other small jobs and they were right on the money. They work on time and I like their dependability. They work around our schedule and they are perfect people. They are very good. The first couple of times they let us know they were having a problem reaching on time but after that they were right on time. We now have them on speed dial and they are that impressive and good.
