LENGTH OF PROJECT TOO LONG...Initial downpayment was given in November, 2012 under the pretense of buying supplies on sale.  Supplies were not bought causing the owners/contractors to constantly leave, together, during the project to shop. Contractors kept delaying the start of the project  finally beginning in January and taking some 5 months!  Project has never been completed.
HOURS AND TIME SPENT WORKING....Unbeknownst to me, the Owners/contractors,  Brian and Eileen Corbel, would show up for only 1/2 days starting at about 10:30 am and leaving around 2:30 , not working on Saturdays, interrupting job to do another project, and calling in sick
JUNKYARD MATERIALS.....An example of materials used were wood scraps for window sills, and broken door. Used substandard products even though they were paid well.
POOR WORKMANSHIP.... Installed laminate floor which was not properly cured nor installed, and now needs to be torn out and redone.  Tile work in shower not even and tile flooring in bathroom not even causing the vanity to be unlevel.  Painting stills need touchups, doors have staining drips, cabinets chipped, baseboards not even.  Clean up was never done leaving trash and debris daily to clean up.
SUBCONTRACTOR NOT PAID....Both subcontractors did excellent work and just learned that one of the subcontractors was not paid although I paid the owner/contractor.

It went well.  We had a slight problem with one of the lights that we noticed after the electrician left, but he returned the next day and fixed it.  They are also licensed and insured.

Everything was great. Brian is extremely neat, clean, and prompt. He has always been very reasonable when doing work for us.
