Description of Work: I was a customer of Trugreen in Tampa, Fl and they did and they did an excellent job there. Once I moved to Shreveport, LA I thought I would stick with them, but despite my best efforts I could not get them to take my business. I called twice to establish service and after waiting for a week both times never heard from the local operator to come fertilize my lawn. Frustrated by the lack of response I called and cancelled the service before ever started. I figured if they were this tough to start, they'd be terrible once I actually got them.
