TERESA'S FLOORING & DECORATING

Terrible!!! Uneven tiles with terrible grout lines. Delayed construction. Broke door frames, cut backsplash tile too small, installers made a mess of the walls and had to have painter repaint. When had owner representative come to see poorly done job, she basically repeatedly implied I was a liar even though she acknowledged the problems. There was no way I would let them try to fix things when I felt they would just do more destruction. Apparently the owners are just interested in making a profit instead of quality care. Woman also stated she didn't care about reviews.

We bought some ceramic tile back in the summer of 2015 and had it installed in our house. They did a very good job on the install and started and ended about the time they said they would. We have had multiple compliments on our flooring. Would definitely use again.

Went to store picked out all colors and material. Teresa came out made measurements on a Wednesday said that quote would be ready on Friday. Called Friday evening and left message at store and did not get return call. Called Teresa on cell and texted on Monday still no response. It has been over a week from when quote should have been provided and still no contact from Teresa. Don't waiste time going and picking colors at this business ho somewhere that will not drop you with no contact.

I had to get another contractor since they would never contact me regarding my installation.

Overall it was okay but they left some things at the end and they dragged it pretty much for six months. They had to put some minor stuff that they said they would come and do and they just left it until we kept calling them repeatedly. One of the door wasn't able to open because they put the tile wrong. It took about six or eight months for them to come and fix it. I'd not recommend it.

Will definitely use them again when needed.

Product was order installed on time , not knowing anything of product they were very helpful

They were very knowledge and help full with the color and product that I would be happy with . Not knowing much about flooring and having a showroom to see the products was great. The flooring was installed on time and the job was finished when promise. Thank you E Sanders

It went very well, they did an excellent job. They pretty much showed up on time everyday and they went straight to work.

My husband and I ordered some flooring from them. Initial ordering was easy and they were very pleasant; however, we didn't receive the threshold/doorway transitions that we ordered and paid for. We called and the lady claimed she couldn't find their copy of the receipt right then, but that she would locate it and call us back. She stated that she remembered ordering them for us and we should've gotten them. Nobody ever called us back. When my husband called again, another girl talked to him and she claimed that we didn't pay for them and we would need to re-order and pay for them. Basically we got screwed out of $30 or so. I know for a fact my husband ordered them because it was on our copy of the receipt (which was unfortunately destroyed by the dog, but still legible enough for me to make out), and also because my husband called me when he was placing the order and asked me if I wanted to get one or two because they were only sold in 8 foot sections. I personally know Teresa and her family, so I wanted to give them some business, but I would NOT use them again!

initial consult was timely and thorough. They could not get the product samples I wanted. Phone calls were never returned. The finished product is satisfactory overall but one area was not floated level (where the stove would go) which made it difficult for the cabinet installer. A pantry door will not open due to the increased floor height. When i called about this I was told I would probably need to hire a handy man to cut it off. I think this was their responsibility as they handled all other doorways. When I told them it was their responsibility, they said they would call me back....they never did.

Teresa's Flooring provided me with good service. The installers were pleasant, punctual and finished the job on time. My new floor looks great and I've gotten many complements. I would definitely use them again.
