+ -1 moreThey called the other day and said they wanted to try and get me into a better system. I told them this system was working just fine. I don't think that was wrong, they're just trying to drum up business. They've been real good. They come when they're supposed to to do the cleaning and fixing. So I'm real happy about that. They just call and say it's time for my bi-annual checkup and I'll say okay and they'll come on over and look at the furnace or air conditioning unit and see that everything is working properly. He'll talk to me about the filters.
Description of Work: Service Experts comes and checks my furnace. I have a contract with them. They come in the spring and in the fall. They charge me about $100 per year to do that.

+ -1 moreI will never use them again. They over charged me. Another company came and said that they could of done the work for 200 dollars, when they charged me 700.

+ -1 moreEvery time they came out something was breaking on our air conditioning. Aside from the general servicing, they did repairs to our unit about ten times. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We had a service agreement contract with them. They also did repairs to my unit.
