He did a bad a** job on my deck.They suck. They put the deck all the way to the front of the house and they did the main line and I signed off on it and it f#**#$% blew. He said well you signed off on it and I said you're the expert. They did not stand by their word. They were on a waterline and my bill went up $200 because of this. We haven't reported it, we had to pay for all that s**#. He busted our lawn up. We had to get someone to come in and fix it. The deck they built is so close to the house, I can't even cut the bushes near it. Overall, I give them a freaking F. It's been a year and a half and I still think about him. My son can't even get down there with his wheelchair. Well, he was pretty good with responsiveness. He was never here, he had Mexican people working here for him and he didn't give a s#*% about us. Don't use him man.

Overall, very happy with work. Still having some issues, but not this company's fault. However, when I call or text him, he responds immediately and follows through with what he promises. If he had originally started the job, we would never have had these issues.

It started well. Laundry room rile and half bath vanity done timely and properly. Master bath started well also, then the problems started. Granite countertop wrong type, went out to granite with Ray to pick correct one. Yes he was not happy, but I got what I had asked for in color. Shower has been a pain. Finally get glass doors in took a shower, and the shower floor was not graded properly so a puddle forms in the bottom. Also noticed that grout left on new porcelain handles not wiped off, then they "chipped off" grout and ruined a handle. Handle replaced with one that was similar but not the same, subcontractor back out to fix that and the floor. Looked good paid Ray, went to work, came home and the shower head is dripping, dip which I thought was fixed just created two puddles now. The price rating reflects the fact that I will be spending more money to fix my new problems.

It went extremely well. Ray was very professional and very helpful. Not only did he do everything he said he would do on his proposal, he made repairs that was not on the contract. He said he didn't want anyone to think that he hadn't done a good job by leaving work undone that was not on the contract. He has a good work crew, they come in and get the job done. I would definitely use Ray's Home Improvement again and would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a good professional company to do repairs to their home.

I was looking to get estimates to repair some items on a home I was looking to sell. Ray came recommended from a relative whose home he had repaired. I guess the difference is that my relative's project was covered by insurance so Ray was prompt to get the job. Not one return call back to me though...That's an indication of his customer service so I will look for others in the area.

He did show up on time looked at my bathrooms, and let me tell him what I wanted done. There was very little discussion of materials or the renovation process. Since this was the first time I have done a project on this scale it made me a little nervous that he did not offer more information. I went with someone who talked a little more about options and asked more questions about my preferences. Otherwise he was nice, professional, and the estimate was in line with the others. I would probably call him for a project where I knew exactly what I wanted.

Needless to say I hired someone else who did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. I will use him again next summer when I redo my bathroom.

I was impressed that Ray showed up to look over the job the day after I called. Two weeks later, with no word, I called back. He said he thought he'd sent out an estimate...three weeks later, not a word. I called, and left that I'd have to leave a not so good review (which I really hate doing), still no response.

They were good. They were punctual and the service was great.

Crew came in ready to work. Work was being done simultaneously inside and outside our home. They finished in a few days.

It's absolutely gorgeous now. The two people that did the work were friendly, prompt, and courteous. The owner is great too. It's his company and he has these people working for him. It's a father-son team. The quality of their work is excellent. I'm thinking of using them again next week to redo some posts on my front porch.
