During our interview process with this member, we discovered that the ducts were covered with dust, mold and mildew. The member and our crew agreed that the ducts needed to be cleaned for a variety of reasons. We arrived early on the job to set up the equipment and to discuss a travel path. With mold and mildew, you have to painstakingly take your time to dispose of the spores that cause the problems related to the mold. After seven hours of intense cleaning of the ducts; we were excited to show the member the results. Unfortunately, this review is the first we have heard of your displeasure with the work performed and we are not able to fix what we are not aware of. Quality is what drives our business and we strive to exceed your expectations. Neat Freaks lived up to their names. They were superb. They were here for 8 hours doing a deep first cleaning. And boy, did they clean! There wasn't anything they didn't do, see my comment above. They did a deep clean to set up our bi-weekly cleaning and to make sure I'm happy. And I am happy. I firmly believe you get what you pay for and I did get what I paid for. Great job. I highly recommend their service.
Description of Work: Neat Freaks Cleaners cleaned the house top to bottom as a deep clean before we go a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. They cleaned floors, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, cabinets, bookshelves, window sills, lights and fans. They cleaned it all.

They were very prompt. They gave us a schedule of the areas they would be cleaning each day at the beginning of the job. They were beyond efficient. We were so,so pleased, we are scheduling them to come on a bi-monthly basis. The quality of work and the price couldn't possibly be outdone by anyone! WONDERFUL work!

Very nice cleaning and very concerned about punctuality as well as keeping the final cost as low as possible. They were very courteous and detailed with their work. As an engineer, I consider myself detail oriented and they showed me dirty areas that I've never noticed in my life (in any home) that were so obvious once pointed out to me. The areas that I'm referring to are door jams. Go into your bedroom and check the surface where the door closes and stops. This narrow 1/2" surface was brown/black with dust and dirt that was airborne and returning to the HVAC unit when the closed bedroom door stopped it in the narrow crack. Very highly recommended and and Grandpa used to say, "You get what you pay for".
Description of Work: My home was given the "Fricken Clean" which is a top to bottom cleaning and is very thorough. This included crown molding at the ceiling but excluded the ceiling itself. This also included hard surface flooring but excluded carpet shampooing but which may be available later in 2013. This also included base boards, cabinet doors, and drawers which had curvy profiles and yet were cleaned very well.

They arrived 10 minutes early and brought in all of their own cleaning supplies. Stan told us exactly what they were going to do and then did it very well. If you are looking for the very best for top to bottom cleaning, then Neat Freaks is the one to use!!!
Description of Work: These professional people came to our home and literally detailed everything they touched. The owner does not believe in anything being done with mediocrity. They also insured that all of our clothes were washed and dried.

The people who came into my home are very professional, reasonably priced and down to business. They take one room at a time and you will be amazed what they have done with my home. Description of Work: We needed to have my mother's house cleaned prior to putting it up for sale. I live out of state and had to initiate and follow up contact with the owner by telephone. The owner was very professional, keeping me updated on any problems he found during the cleaning, including mold in the air vents. I admit that the overall cost can be daunting but if you need a house REALLY clean, this is the service to use.

From start to finish there a detail travel path that allows the house to be completely clean and organized. The finish results are consistant in a matter that our home is clean and smell great!!

In the bathroom he cleans the toilet and lavatory, shower and bathtub and floor.; In the kitchen he cleans and polishes cabinets and the cookstove and floor. He cleans windows and glass doors; he dusts thoroughly He cleans floors also thoroughly He is on time and is usually cheerful. He has insurance on all his employees and can be trusted.
