+ -1 moreIt took most of the morning to remove the ice but John remained patient and friendly throughout the process. He was also honest with us that this may not be a long term solution but, as of now, we don't have to buy a new refrigerator.Please note that I don't remember exactly what date I called or he came but he was there the next morning.
Description of Work: He found and removed a huge block of ice that had formed on the "mechanics" of the icemaker on our 14 year old side by side refrigerator. It was causing the freezer to leak all over the floor.

+ -1 moreAwesome experience and same day service. I called about 8:30 and he was at my house before lunch. Gave me a breakdown of what was wrong, had the parts with him and made the repairs. Reasonably priced service call at $65, just a little labor charge and didn't overcharge on parts. I had checked the prices on parts beforehand just to see if it was something that I could do. All in all, a good experience and I would highly recommend him. I hope I don't have any more broken appliances, but if I do, I'll call him for sure!
