+ 0 moreMy lawn mower broke so I needed to hire someone for a one-time job until I could get it fixed. This guy charged me more for just cutting the grass (no trimming, blowing, etc) than he charges my neighbor for full service. He did a terrible job, missed a lot, and left ruts in the yard. I had to push mow over all he missed. I messaged him to express my disappointment and requested a partial refund. He was extremely rude and unapologetic and refused to refund any money. He said my cost was more because I "was off schedule" and admitted that he failed to mention that to me when we initially discussed cost. Because I am not a regular customer, he felt okay overcharging me, doing a sloppy job, and being rude. I'm super disappointed!
