Gilley's Heating & Cooling

Description of Work: Gilley's removed 3 old A/C systems and replaced them with a new central A/C and 3 mini splits that completely heat and cool my entire house (not a luxury I had before). Duct work was replaced and new vents installed, too.

Description of Work: Refilled our freon and diagnosed the leak.

Description of Work: The provider resolved a power supply issue to my heating and AC unit.

Description of Work: replaced central air/heat w/h new heat pump and replaced existing duck work

Description of Work: We had two air conditioner/heaters replaced.

Description of Work: Called late Saturday evening, left a msg with the answering service and received a phone call within 15 minutes. Service tech was on the other side of town and indicated he would be at my residence within the hour. Son-of-a-gun, he was there witnin the hour. He found the problem within 10 minutes (air handler blower motor was going out). He had a motor, but not the mount my old system needed. He called me at 8:00 am Sunday morning (the next morning), said he called the other service techs that work for Gilley's and found a mount. He picked it up and said he would arrive at 10:00 am. Son-of-a-gun, he arrived at 10:00 am. Had me going in about 45 minutes. He left and I continued to have a problem that was not related to his service. I had another company out a few days before to replace a thermostat and they didn't hook up the wires properly. Gilley's tech came back out, found the problem, corrected it, did not charge for this second trip, and all has been great since. As a side note, I called 2 other companies with 24 hour service, once called back the next day, the other has never called.
