+ 0 moreIt was put on my mobile home in 2017 and has leaked every since .Keep calling them and they do send someone out after several phone calls.They have yet to fix the leaks and now are not very nice when i talk to them I believe since we are older they are putting us off until we pass away and they don’t have to deal with us anymore.
Description of Work: I had a glass room put on my mobile home.

+ 1 moreMy husband I and decided to replace 10 aluminum windows in our house recently. Since I work from home and he travels out of state, frequently, I am the person who will ultimately be responsible for obtaining quotes and selecting the company to do the work. I called Donnie Grubbs sidiing only to be told they cannot send out an estimator if the "man of the house" is not available (their words, not mine). When I explained that my husband is away on business, I was told they offer weekend appointments and could wait until he is available. When I told them I couldn't wait and if they wanted my business, they would be working with me. The young girl on the phone was very nice, but said she would be unable to provide a quote only for me. Really?? As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere!
Description of Work: Replace 7 aluminum builder grade windows with double hung vinyl clad windows.

Description of Work: I used Donnie Grubbs Vinyl Siding for remodeling. They built a sunroom, washer and dryer room and a bathroom.

Description of Work: I HAD THEM COVER MY ROOF WITH METAL. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE IN BUSINESS FOR 20 + YEARS AND HAD EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING. IN MY YOUNGER YEARS I HAVE DONE ROOFING WORK AND MY WIFE DID NOT WANT ME TO DO ANY WORK ON THE ROOF FROM FEAR OF ME BEING INJURED, SO I SIGNED A CONTRACT TO HAVE MY ROOF COVERED IN METAL. AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY SHOWED UP AND STARTED WORK. AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF WORK THEY WERE STOPPED BECAUE THEY HAD NO PERMIT FROM THE CITY. A FEW DAYS LATER THEY SHOWED UP WITH A PERMIT AND BEGAN TO WORK. WHEN THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY I WENT ON THE ROOF A ND LOOKED AT THIER WORK. THEY WERE WORKING FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM AND PLACING THE FLASHING BACKWORDS. WHEN THEY CAME BACK AND I TOLD THEM WHAT THEY HAD DONE THSY FIXED IT. AFTER SEVER MISTAKES WERE MADE I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE MORE HELPERS THAN EXPERIENCED ROOFERS. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE ROOF AND THE OWNER OF THE CO. CAME OUT I POINTED OUT THE THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEN HE LEFT IN TWO WEEKS THEY SHOWED UP TO DO THE FINISH WORK. I CALLED FOR THE OWNER TO COME LOOK AT THE WORK THA WAS NOT DONE BUT NEVER SHOWED UP TO CHECK BEHIND HIS WORKERS. I WAS TOLD THE WORK WAS COMPLETE AND PAYMENT WAS DUE.. DURING THE FIRST YEAR I HAD THREE DIFFERENT LEAKS. I FIXED THEM MY SELF. DO NOT TRUST THIS CO. TO DO ROOFING WORK ON YOUR HOME. .
