+ -1 moreIt was good. He was very thorough and provided a good, detailed report complete with photos. If there is any complaint I would make, it is that I specifically asked about mold inspection, and it sounded like it would be completed. However, all it ended up being was referring us to an actual mold inspector because there was evidence there might be mold (...which we could tell that ourselves, since we could see water damage and smell mildew just as easily). It was still worth the money invested in having him check everything out for us.
Description of Work: Inspection on a home I was in the process of purchasing.
