I contacted this company late one afternoon and the next day he came out to measure the pool. He arrived on time. He measured my pool and I received an estimate that day. I choose the color of the liner I wanted and he ordered it. He told me it would take 1 week to receive the liner. Six days later he called me and told me he had received the liner and asked if he could start the installation process in next day. Installation went very smoothly. The day he was supposed to place my liner in the pool it was raining very hard so he was unable to install liner. The next day he returned to replace liner and he stayed until 8:15pm because of some unforeseen problems. Very knowledgeable about rules and regulations in our town and state. My bottom drain was not in compliance with the local rules and regulations, so he changed it out at no cost. He also provided me with a written certificate of compliance so I could get a reduction on my homeowners insurance. He also replaced the light fitting in my pool. I tried to buy one locally but the price was over 90.00 so he went to the local pool shop and bought one for me using his business discount and it only cost me 67.00. He installed it at no additional cost. It sounds simple to install light but something was wrong the breaker box so he had to fix the breaker. After he fixed the breaker the outside lights near our pool started working and they had never worked before. He did not charge me an additional fee for the extra work required. He also installed a salt chlorine generator that I had ordered online. He took the time to teach me about all of the settings, what to do if the power failed, and general maintenance. I would recommend this company because for several reasons: Honesty, knowledge and expertise, timeliness in completing the project, friendliness of staff, and price.
