ACHIEVERS OF LOUISIANA INC

We have a large solar panel system that is about 10 years old. Our inverter went out about 2 months ago and Acheivers was two weeks or more coming to troubleshoot why our panels weren’t working. They sent another gentleman a week later who diagnosed the inverter as the problem and he would be back as soon as he got the part. And now….CRICKETS!!! We have called the business three times and they say Jerry Adams will call us back because he’s on the road (whatever that means) and nothing, no phone call, no texts….NOTHING! The third time we called, Friday, July 26,2024, I spoke to Jerry’s daughter who said I should call him because he was on the road. She gave me his number, I called and he never answered….it sent me to voice mail and the voice mail was full. I called acheiver’s store again this morning, July 29, 2024, and told them Jerry’s mailbox as full so I could not leave a voicemail and the telephone anawering lady told me, “His mailbox is not full, he doesn’t have it setup.” WHAT?????? I asked her how I was supposed to get in touch with him and she asked did I call him again today. By this point I was losing patience and reminded her that we paid them to install and maintain these panels so I shouldn’t have to call over and over and over. She was a bit short with me by this time and told me she didn’t have any knowledge of my solar panels, like I had made any indication that I thought she did. But, she did say she would call Jerry Adams and have him call me…..once again CRICKETS!

On time professional great quality and price.

The windows are fantastic and have reduced our Entergy bill and nearly eliminated street noise. Achievers offered the best price and were very easy to deal with, very professional. The only complaint is that they didn't paint the outside trim--though we don't remember their promising to do that. They were quiet and neat and didn't let our cats escape accidentally. And they worked in some really awful heat/humidity. We received $3,000 in state energy rebate.We would definitely hire them again!

First, we have 26 windows, several of which are really big, so what we paid is likely more than most folks would have to (for a single family residence, 1 floor, 3 bedrooms). Achievers' estimate was SO much less than others, such as Sears ($27K!!!). It took two guys 4 - 5 days to install all the windows, working from morning to mid-afternoon (when it got too hot to continue). They were both nice guys, very professional, and they cleaned up every day when they were done. We've had the windows for several weeks now, and it's much easier to maintain the temp in the house, and it's been exciting (really) to be able to open some windows during rainstorms and get some fresh air and listen to the rain. The windows look nice, but we didn't ask them to paint the trim, so we'll have to do that ourselves at some point. When they did the estimate, they told us about state-sponsored rebate programs we could take advantage of as well. They are a local company (yay!) and they use their own employees - no contracting out to other workers.

I liked everything about them. There’s nothing that I didn’t like. They were excellent. The price was fair. I would use them in the future.

This was a first class job-from the salesman who helped us select the vinyl to the crew who installed it. We have not had the first problem with the siding or installation. The crew showed up on time and made sure our yard was clean when they left. We were not asked to pay until the salesman returned to our home and made sure we were happy with their work.
