Description of Work: Stay away from this guy please, he is nice enough and does good work but he never follows thru. It has been a nightmare. He did a new construction for us on a 3600 sq ft heated custom home, have 3 units. One of them has given us nothing but trouble. recently paid to change out the compressor and still having problems. He will schedule a time and never show up!! He has had some family and employee issues which I understand completely, I even told him "if you would just let me know" and the Communication was the KEY. No Communication. Has been a 3 year ordeal with this guy. I was warned beforehand.

Description of Work: My a/c unit stopped working in July 2015 and Kevin got it running again. He was great! We called that afternoon and he arrived the same day. He had a great attitude and got the job done quickly without making a mess. I hope my air conditioner doesn't stop working again, but if it does I will definitely call Kevin. I certainly recommend him if you need a professional A/C guy.
