We had a large water oak fall on our home. The Smith brothers were at my house within an hour of the initial contact, and they offered a very fair price to remove the fallen portion as well as the remainder of the tree that was still standing. They treated this as an emergency job, and were able to break me into their schedule. By the early afternoon, the tree was off the house and cut up. The next day, they were able to come back with a larger crew and knock out the remainder, including stump grinding and removal. There is literally no sign that a tree ever stood here. Throughout the process, I was impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and the care they took to prevent further damage. It takes a lot of experience and skill to safely remove a tree as large as this one right next to a house, and the same goes for removing a tree that's already fallen on a house. I highly recommend Smith's services.

This is the 4th tree service I have used, and the only one I would ever recommend. They are punctual, professional, reasonably priced, do what they contracted to do, and leave your yard the best it can be. Rare these days and very appreciated by me.

Best crew I’ve seen in a long time! Arrived early, did an amazing job of cutting down 2 huge 20 year old live oaks, cleaned up great, and stayed late to get the job finished! Highly recommend ~ good price too!

This company is amazing! They called for an estimate as soon as they opened on Monday (I put in the request on Saturday) and were on time and very professional. Trever brought me their insurance paperwork and license at the time of estimate so I knew that they were qualified. None of the other companies did that. As soon as I decided to go with them, they scheduled me and told me they would be here between 8 and 830 and it would take 2-3 hours. They got here at 815 the day of and within 30 minutes had the tree down. I was amazed. They finished everything within an hour and fifteen minutes. They were so nice and professional. I have already recommended them to my coworkers and will do the same for anyone that I find needs tree removal services. I would hire them again in a second!

They did a very good job! Showed up when they said they would, explained everything they were going to do, did a great job of protecting my driveway and patio and yard, and did thorough cleanup. And their price was fair. I would use them again and will recommend them to others.

Things went wonderfully. If I could’ve given them an A+ instead of just an A, I would have. They cut everything perfectly. When they left it was absolutely not one twig left as debris. I would give them the highest rating that is available.

Mr. Smith was professional and had all of the large equipment he needed to get the job done. His crew worked hard and got the job done without sitting around resting as you see with a lot of other crews working on property and it was really hot and humid. We would definitely hire him again and give his name and number to anyone who needs his service. It was wonderful doing business with a company who knew what they were doing and did the job with such professionalism. Smith's Tree Care LLC were great to work with and I plan to use them again in the future. They came out and I showed them the three trees I wanted them to remove from my property. We agreed on a price and I asked them to place me on their schedule. They provided me a date/time they could come onsite and get the job done. They showed up exactly as planned and went to work. They were professional throughout the entire process and took care to ensure nothing was damaged or left undone. They worked fast but safely and I couldn't ask for a better outcome. The whole process from cutting the trees down, grinding the stumps down, and the removal and cleanup were exceptional. I had 9 trees taken down in my backyard. Smith’s Tree Care did the work and I highly recommend them! They did a terrific job at a very reasonable price, including clean up and haul away. Six employees including the owner of the company showed up bright and early and on time to complete the job. The employees were very polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. About as good an experience as you could imagine. While they were here I had them drop 3 extra pines for a reasonable price. They happily added the work even though I knew they had more stops. Super pleasant and friendly guys, I highly recommend.

We did not end up choosing them for our tree service but it was not because of anything they did. I would most definitely call them again if the need arose.

I had 4 large trees (2 pines and 2 maple) that needed to be removed with their stumps ground, as well as 5 or 6 additional stumps that needed grinding. They removed the trees with a full crew on the first day and then ground the rest of the stumps with a smaller crew the next day...and all of that for the most competitive pricing by far. They were courteous, professional, and timely. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs trees removed.
