ROBERT PEARSON MECHANICAL SVC

My experience with Robert Pearson Mechanical was excellent. Rhonda at the front desk was extremely responsive and professional and kept me updated on a daily basis. Robert and his daughter Beth (the techs) came at 11:25 AM, installed the new compressor in my LG fridge and were out in 45 minutes. It was all covered under warranty. The fridge started making ice in 4 hours! I am one satisfied customer.

They are an LG warranty repair provider. My ac has been with them for 3 months today. I call every week to get an update and get different stories every time. When I point this out they say let me look into it and I will call you back. They have not called me one time in 3 months. I called the manufacturer today and they said they haven't even ordered a part. How are they even in business. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews on google before letting them have my ac.

The company responded right away to my very first phone call, and sent out a technician within hours of that call to fix the problem, problem was fixed the same day. could not have asked for better service. would definitely use them again Thanks!

They people and liars and very dishonest. I tried to talk to mr. Peterson and his son I paid them almost $400. My refrigerator is still not fixed and when I call to talk to them both of them were extremely rude..... never ever use this person again

My home warranty company (Old Republic) sent my work order to this "service provider". It took two days to get someone to my house to assess the situation. He told me that I had an "unrepairable leak in the evaporator coil", that he would have to order a new coil, and that it would take "a day or two". Over the ensuing ten days, I called their office multiple times to check on the progress of my repair. On the two occasions on which I actually got an answer (out of over a dozen attempted calls), I was told "the tech" would "call me right back". No such call ever came. Basically, I paid them $100 cash to come to my house and confirm that my A/C was, in fact, broken (which I was already very well aware of). How this company can still operate, after apparently doing this to so many other customers, is beyond me. AVOID these folks at all costs unless you hate your money and don't want your appliances fixed.

I scheduled this thru my homeowner's insurance company. They came out as scheduled and was on time. It was determined that the main board was defective and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, it is not covered with my homeowners insurance, but I did not really care - I just wanted it fixed. I called them directly on 2 occasions - the first time I spoke with a young lady that said she would research it and call me back. A week went by with no reply. I called again, this time I left a voice message - it has now been over 5 days and still no reply. I'm going to contact another company that wants my business.

On 4/30/15 RP diagnosed that my oven need a new convection burner. They said they would order the part. Call a little over a week later since I had not heard back from them and was told they had ordered the part and were waiting for it to arrive. RP said they would call to schedule install when it arrived. Since then (it is now 5/22/15) I have heard nothing back from them despite leaving multiple messages. Whenever I call all I get is the VM. AVOID, UNRELIABLE.

On April 22nd, RP came out to look at an appliance that was acting up. The technician concluded it had to do with the appliance's mechanical board and said they would order the part. Two weeks later (May 5th) I hadn't heard from RP again so I called and left a message only for it to go unreturned. I called again the next day and a lady answered. She told me that they had ordered the part needed on the 29th (a full WEEK after the tech had come out). She said the part would be in any day and that they would call me right away to schedule a day to come out and fix the appliance. It has been a week since that phone call and I have heard nothing from Robert Pearson's. I have cancelled my work order with them and will not be pursuing them for any further work.

Mr Pearson was able to order the parts needed, and once the parts arrived, he repaired my LG dishwasher very quickly. Very friendly and professional with a fair price.

He told my husband exactly what to do right over the phone and was very helpful. He ended up saving us some money.
