John and his crew did a wonderful job at trimming the tree. They even worked in the rain. They cleaned up the small stuff up and stacked it on the street and had a crew come back a few days later and picked it up. However, the BIG logs could not be moved because it was so wet that he could not get his equipment in to remove it at that time. I went ahead and paid him the full 2500 dollars with a promise and a handshake that he would return and remove the logs when the ground dried enough to get his equipment in to do it. In mid July I spoke with him and told him that the ground was rock hard and he would have no problem getting in to remove the rest of the large logs. At first he says that he did not remember me, the job or where I lived. After a while he finally agreed to come and "take a look". Two weeks later, no response, no John. I called him back. Again he told me that he would have it removed in a few days. That was over a month ago. No call or response. I guess I'll have to hire someone else now to remove these large logs from my front yard. Like I said they did a good job at trimming the tree but did not fulfill their obligation at the clean up. NO I would not recommend Arbor Vision nor would I use them again. Kevin B. Baton Rouge, La
