Description of Work: Originally Brian was called out by our warranty company when our ac flooded our home. We've had several issues with it over the years and we've had numerous ac guys out here and just trying to talk us into a new system or told us nothing was wrong when clearly something was. The first day he came out he found several issues and was able to fix them the same day but found many problems that were bigger and should've been caught by the two ac guys we had out the month before. We had hardly any air out put in half of our house and we were ready to pay thousands of dollars for a added ac to that side of our home since even keeping the air on 68 degrees it was staying in the mid 70s on that side of our home. He came in and looked at every part of our system and duct work and found that we did not need a new system like 5 other ac companies told us, the problem was all in the duct work. What we were sure would cost us thousands of dollars ended up being a few simple solutions.

Description of Work: Replaced the airbox for the AC unit

Description of Work: After nearly four months of another contractor failing to come and get the job completed we contact b&b services and explained what all had happened and what we had been told. A technician came out almost immediately. Very professional in the way he dressed ,knocked diagnosed , and explained his findingson to us, with estimate .
