+ -1 moreHe always wanted money and never showed up. He would come and pick up money and you would think he was working because he called to verify the money then you don't see him for 3 days.
Description of Work: Russell promised everything and delivered nothing. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PERSON. He asks for 1/3 up front, does a little and then asks for the next payment and then quits. He finishes every other job so that word of mouth gives him a last job done well and it lures the next job which he does not complete.

+ -1 moreCheck the Secretary of State of Louisiana, you will not find Russell listed as registered in the State.
Description of Work: I strongly suggest that you do not use this Company. The owner is not honest, he took my money for a wood floor installation, agreed on a date and schedule, then cashed my check and said he could only install my flooring on the weekends. This is after I informed him that I was taking vacation for the WEEKDAYS so that we could get this job completed working straight through. Now he won't return my deposit. Snake, run, run away!

+ -1 moreI had some really old boxes of marked down laminate from Home Depot that my husband, adult son and I could not put together. we gave it plenty tries but couldn't keep the laminate clicked together, frustrating! Mr. Russell slapped that floor together in a day! there were so many warped and chipped boards but he still managed to make do!
Description of Work: I found Mr. Russell on the Baton rouge's Craigslist. He was very interested and was willing to install the bedroom flooring tom. With the price right, I jumped on it.
