Description of Work: Mr. Smith underbid so that I would make choice of his company. I needed the roof repaired and inside work as well. When he took the roof of there was a lot of damaged wood, of course, he knew this up front, and charged us an extra $3,000. He did not return to do the inside work. He didn't respond to any of the phone calls.

+ -1 moreMike Smith was recommended by my insurance agent. He showed up promptly and had the job done withing 24 hours. The cost was acutally less than he quoted me. Another quote that I received was over $600.
Description of Work: Repaired my asbestos shingle roof by replacing and fastening down tiles.
