The AC unit quit on Friday night. I left them a message on Saturday. AirMedic called first thing Monday morning and arrived at 8:45AM. He had the needed part on the truck and had the AC up and running in less than an hour. We were so pleased, we had him service both units. The total cost was less than I thought it would be. I would not use anyone but AirMedic in the future.

Very well. Could not be happier. Went beyond the scope of installation to have my A/C like they would have it in their home.

Well - they found problems in both systems during regular cleaning/service, which I followed up with elsewhere due to a home warranty - but would have hired them for this as well if not covered elsewhere.

I will never EVER use anyone else. I just hope he stays in business forever.

My A/C went out on Wednesday night and we called Air Medic early Thursday morning. The call was promptly returned and the owner came soon after that to check the unit. After discussing the situation with him we decided to replace everything, the outside unit, the evaporator coil and the furnace. He showed up early Friday morning as scheduled and completed the job. This wasn't an easy job because the components in the attic had been there for 38 years. Steve and his workers worked hard and professionally and despite a few setbacks completed the job in one day. I would not hesitate to use Air Medic again and I will surely recommend them to my friends.

Steve Villavaso, owner, responded promptly. His inspection determined that the gas valve on the old heater had failed. When he attempted to find a replacement, he found that valve to be an unusual one and would be very expensive. He gave me a good price for a new heater and had it installed the following morning. The installation crew was polite and professional and left the house clean.

carefully explained what needed to be done giving me two different options. will try the first option using existing air conditioning unit that was built with the house and if that fails will have to buy a new mini unit for over the garage. the previous owner had combined the two units making it one which is costing a very high air conditioner bill and was not the way the original air conditioner was built into the house.

It was a second time I used them. They responded quickly and took my phone call right away. They just worked out where they could come pretty quickly. They were very nice. I am planning on using them again if need be.

My AC suddenly died Friday evening. I called Air Medic not expecting anyone to answer but surprisingly Steve answered the call and was at my home in less than 30 minutes! He was extremely professional and efficient and fixed my AC. I had not discussed price before he arrived and I was afraid the bill would be extremely high due to the after hours visit, however he only charged me $200. I like him so well I have now hired him to service both AC and heating units twice a year.

They stayed with it until all was finished and working right. They also installed another HVAC system in May for us and did an excellent job then also. Workers and owner are friendly and hard working. Would recommend to anyone needing a new system.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they are wonderful. It cost way less than I expected. It was really ridiculously cold when my furnace stopped working. They came back a few weeks ago to fix my air conditioner and the guy got a snake out of my pool for me while I was here.

I obtained Air-Medic's reference from a previous satisfied user, and, after further checking them out on Angie's list, called them. As it was around 9 pm I was not surprised to have to leave a message, and I anticipated a return call the following morning. I was surprised when Steve, the owner, called me around 9:30 p.m. and asked if he could come take a look at the unit within the hour. He came around 10:00 p.m., quickly assessed the problem and changed out the capacitor, performed additional diagnostics to prevent recurrence, and by 10:30 p.m. our air conditioner was back in business.

Called on Friday morning and Steve said the guy would be out after 3pm. Steve took the time and explained in detail on what his tech would do once he arrived. The tech gave is a 1 hour notice like we requested and everything went great.

Prompt service. Fair enough price.

We used them when they were with Aire Serve. I sent an e-mail at 6:00 in the morning, hoping to hear back first thing when they opened, and Steve responded within about 30 minutes. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem (condenser? Something relatively inexpensive -- $150 or so) and fixed it. My only complaint is that they push that six-month filter ($80); my husband was at home the second time they came to do the maintenance, and bought it. I have explained to him since then that the best quality Filtrete costs half that.

I have used them two times, a person named Johnny came both times, and he was very nice both the times. He was very pleasant and very businesslike. He did offer me an option that would be cheaper, he told me if I chose a service contract; they would send someone out twice a year, once for the heater and once for the air. It was a good deal and so I accepted his offer. I thought it was neat that he offered that. I feel being more inviting to them to come into my home because today you never know who you are inviting into your home and what they might do, so I have some assurance there too. My safety is pretty important to me and I felt very safe with them in my home. I have been very pleased with them and I plan to continue using them. As compared to what I was paying, their price seemed very favorable. I needed to change the appointment after I had made it, that was handled very well, and they were able to come in the subsequent day as opposed to the original day, so they were very flexible in scheduling.

The kid that came out was very professional, but once I told them I had an estimate with another service provider at $4400, he talked to his people in the home office, and they did not even bid on it.

Aire-Serv responded promptly to our call. We called for a request for a new unit, and a serviceman was out that evening. Steve, their representative, gave us a detailed quote as requested with 3-4 options. The price seemed inline with our research. They came to install the unit (3 people) on time and worked from 7:00 in the morning to 3:30 in the evening to put in our new unit and remove our old. They were very thorough. They were also very neat- booties were worn in the house to avoid soiling the carpet, and tarps were used on the walking paths from the front door to the attic. We will definitely use them in the future!

I selected three top rated contractors to prepare a proposal to replace one of the 3 ton central a/c units at our home. Steve with Aire Serv called me within ten minutes after using their on-line services inquiry. Steve did a thorough examination of our home and provided a detailed cooling load calculation based on our floor plans. Steve counseled us on the need to increase the tonage on this unit during replacement as his load calculation showed that it was undersized for our needs. He provided a quotation for us within two hours. While there were contractors that could provide similar services for less, none offered a more superior product than the high efficiency (21 SEER) well known brand name units available from Aire Serv. Nonetheless, Steve was willing to discuss negotiated pricing. The work was performed on schedule and as promised. The technicians were professional, hard working, and kept their work areas clean. Steve personally supervised the project and explained each step of the way. He answered every question we had. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to install a new or replace an old unit.

They did excellent. They told us what the problem was. They were able to fix it and it has lasted almost a year. They did a good job.

I called Aire Serv perform routine maintenance on my central A/C systems (I have 3). I bought the house a little over 9-months ago, and after the hot summer we had last year, I wanted to make sure that everything was in proper working order before the summer arrives. I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. I was in no rush since this was not an emergency situation. The technician arrived on time and quickly got to work after I pointed out the location of the three condensing units. He spent approximately 1 hour per system cleaning and testing it. He found that each of my larger systems was 1.5 pounds low on Freon, which he believes was due to loose valve caps on the air handlers in the attics. Also, he found a switch that was nearly burnt on one of my units that could potentially lead to a system failure during the summer. He had the part on his truck and was able to replace it on the spot for around $100. Lastly, he found a major Freon leak in the evaporator coil of my smallest unit, which will requires replacement. Fortunately I have a home warranty and was able to call and request Aire Serv as the service provider to conduct the repair. The warranty company has decided to cover the replacement of the entire air handler for this system, so I will be leaving a review of Aire Serv's performance on the air handler repair later. Overall, the experience with Aire Serv was excellent. The technician was very courteous not to get dirt and grass all over the inside of the house and was professional from beginning to end.

They were accommodating and were able to get an appointment quickly. Once they arrived, everything went well. They were able to diagnose the issue and clean out the system.

My air conditioning went out last night and I called Aire Serv this morning at 9 a.m. I received a call back from the owner immediately and was scheduled for a visit between 11:00 and noon, but that time was soon bumped up to 10:15. The technician, Aaron, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged drain pan in the attic. He cleared the blockage and the air conditioning was restored immediately. He even explained how I could avoid future problems with a little preventive maintenance. I couldn't ask for better and quicker service!

They responded promptly the first day I called them when the unit broke. They were there promptly the next morningbto install the new unit. They could not get the new unit in the attic because our drop stairs access was too small. They removed the drop stairs to install the new unit then came back a few days later to replace the drop stairs with a larger access drop stair unit. They went above and beyond and were very professional.
