WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS CARPENTER!!!! Was recommended by a friend and charged an hourly fee. Everything seemed ok. Unfortunately, he had started drinking liberally between the time that my friend hired him and I hired him. He caused quite a bit of damage to the plumbing in the guest bath that I had to have a professional plumber come in and repair ($800 fix), and then caused damage, broke personal items (2 vases, an overhead light) that he refused to take responsibility for, did shoddy work on the ceiling mouldings (HUGE gaps in the corners), larger than normal holes in the drywall around the fixtures and outlets that my mudder had to charge extra to fix... Things of that nature. When I tried to call to have him come back and fix, he was drunk, belligerent, and verbally abusive. I stopped the check on the advice of my friend, and he sued me for it plus interest. Lied to the judge and filed false invoices (which thankfully the judge noticed), and lied to the judges face. Nightmare, but a good learning experience I could have done without.
Description of Work: Tore out and rebuilt a guest bath and a Master bath from the studs out.
