Mac gave me a great deal. We just moved to a big house and our lawn was so small in the other house and I used to pay $80 a month for 2 mows and I had to pay him all the way through the year. Mac told me not to worry about it and I can just call him when I need it and he’ll do it. He cut it a couple of times and he told me that our lawn was small and he’ll just charge me $35. He is generally very honest and fair. I think he’ll do a larger lawn for about $45. In the past, he did some things for free for me like cut down some trees that were threatening the house so he’s a great guy. The quality of service is extremely good. I noticed that he had carefully trimmed the lawn alongside the trees. It looks way better than it did before. It was worth the money. Usually when we call him, he comes out within 2-3 days. It depends on the weather and how many jobs he has but he tries to get to us as fast as he can. He once came out earlier than expected. He’s efficient and he would take the initiative. If he sees something that’s going to hurt your house, he’ll tell you about it and oftentimes would fix those things for free.
