+ 1 moreWe are landlords and we had one tenant who destroyed everything. We had someone moving in a few days and Fred was able to come and fix everything before the move in. Some of the fixtures were very old and he knows how to repair all of it. He backs his work 100%. He came back and fixed a small issue for no extra charge.
Description of Work: He repaired my dishwasher, sheet rock, bathroom light circuit, installed new bathroom lighting, and repaired a ceiling fan.
