Description of Work: I do yearly maintenance agreements with them for my 2 a/c's and generator. It is very similar to having yearly checkups and cleanings but also removes overtime for weekend calls. These services were done and my generator had a bad sensor that was shutting it off. I would not have known unless we had a power outage and with hurricane's in the Gulf I am glad that the service was done. |Doug's is a great company to do business with!

Description of Work: Charged a higher price than their competitors each time they had to come out for a service call. Made an adjustment to the system which ended up causing the A/C to flood. Sold us a $1200 valve replacement and we ended up having to call their competitors after they failed to make any real improvements in three costly visits. The other guys had to replace the new valve in order to warranty the work, but said it should have cost less than half what Doug's charged. We actually needed the coils cleaned, something Doug's never even mentioned. After that, our system worked great and we haven't had any more issues in over a year. I would never call Doug's again.

Description of Work: They do a yearly service contract for residential A/C and generators. They came to do A/C check up and yearly cleaning for my 2 units which Is included in the agreement. As always excellent work and if we need them for after hours/weekends at regular rates. I have been renovating and they have also done duct work, gas and some electric work. Excellent company to deal with.
