Description of Work: In one of our spare bedrooms we changed out the carpet with engineered wood floors. I did not have much knowledge on the difference between wood floors and engineered wood flooring. My husband and I ordered the wood flooring through Dishman - special order. Everyone knows that on special orders there are no returns. A day or two after we ordered the flooring we spoke with our friend that was laying the floors. He said we ordered the incorrect thing. I was in a panic!!!!. I called Dishman's and the answering service picked up. The business was closed for the weekend. Five minutes later Mr. Billy with Dishman's called me back. He was on his way for vacation with his family. However took the time to call me. Said not a problem don't panic I will turn the truck around and we will order what you need. GREAT SERVICE!

+ -1 moreThey were very professional, on time and came with all tools necessary to complete the job. The wood floors are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. The repair to the carpet took all o 5 minutes and it's been like new since. The cleaning was done by very professional young men who took their time and completed the job with care. Many times they would ask what a certain spot might be so they could clean appropriately. I was very pleased with the services provided and would not hesitate to call upon them again for any flooring needs in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Dishman Flooring twice. The first time was to remove old porcelain tiles in my entire downstairs and replace with hardwoods and the second time was to repair a pulled piece of carpet on my stairway and to clean the entire upstairs and stairway.
