Description of Work: I thought he did a very detailed job and questioned the roof which ended up needing to be completely replaced. Ended up saving us $5,000.

+ -1 moreI would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home. He does a thorough work up. I had a binder, diagrams, and pictures. I have never seen someone come in with 58 pages, and he went over everything with me. The prices are very reasonable. He is for the buyer not the realtor. He protects the buyer of a home. He has a Christian attitude, which I appreciated.
