+ -1 moreFour visits were required to determine that there was a problem. Some of there service personnel appear to be quite qualified and some are not. Overall I am satisfied with the finished job just not the process.

+ -1 moreBOUGHT A REPO HOME AND AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME NOTICED TWO OF THE BEDROOMS WOULD NOT WARM UP OR COOL OFF. CALLED WING'S TO CHECK OUT SYSTEM AND THEY FOUND THAT THE DUCT;S GOING TO THOSE TWO ROOMS WERE TOO SMALL AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WITH LARGER DUCTS..SET UP A DAY AND TIME TO REPLACE BOTH DUCTS. THEY REPLACED THE OLD DUCTS AND REMOVED AND HAULED THE OLD DUCTS AWAY. BOTH ROOMS COOL AND HEAT VERY NICELY NOW
Description of Work: BOUGHT A REPO AND TWO OF THE BEDROOMS WOULD NOT HEAT OR COOL..NOTICED LOW AIR FLOW FROM VENT..CALLED WING AND SENT AN ESTIMATOR OUT AND SAID DUCT WORK WAS TOO SMALL GOING TO BOTH BEDROOMS..SET UP APPT. FOR DUCT WORK INSTALLATION..DONE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
