Description of Work: I called them when one of our central ac units failed, we got the big variable speed Trane and loved it... In fact, a year later, when our other central unit (38 year old Trane) Finally died, we had Trouth put the same type Trane unit in to replace it.. |trouth was excellent in every way. I highly recommend them..

Description of Work: A company rep came out to do an estimate very quickly, I was led to believe that they would get to the job quickly. After many phone calls,and a month of back and forth over the phone, nothing was done. I could not even get a quote. |Ultimately we found a great company who after one phone call the problems were taken care of in a week.

+ -1 moreThe whole experience was stress free. I called them to clean my air conditioning system and ducts. They check the system and they were very honest. They didn't even clean the ducts because it didn't need to be done. Other company would have gone for it and charge me but they didn't and I was very happy with the overall experience. I will defenitely call them again.

+ -1 moreWe went to Trouth and several others in the area back in 1990, when we first installed a central unit in our house. The owners came out and looked at out house, suggested a unit and gave a quote for the ductwork and everything. My husband had done his homework on central units and had decided he wanted a Lennox heat pump. Trouth generally deals with Trane, but he ordered it and installed it. It was GREAT! They come twice a year for cleaning and routine checkups (If nobody will be here, we leave a key for them to let themselves in). That's how trustworthy they are! In April of 2010, we had to get a new heatpump. My husband, after researching which unit he would buy, even checked prices with other dealers, I'm not sure why, though. Trouth, again, beat everybody else. We purchased a Trane unit, inside and outside, which they came and installed. Again I say, very professional, punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. The next year, we had to replace the ductwork. They still come twice a year for a thorough cleaning, and are available at any time to answer questions we may have. I highly recommend them to anybody!!
Description of Work: We had to change out all of the ductwork in the house. the 1st day they removed the old, and did a fine job of cleaning up their mess. The 2nd day thay came and installed the new ducts. The techs are so knowledgeable, couteous, and trustworthy!!!
