Description of Work: I asked several times if they used steam and they replied yes. They arrived with Rug Dr. equipment and commercial chemicals. Used hot water from the tap. They were supposed to handle jobs much worse than ours. Did not deodorize carpets sufficiently. Nice couple, but I wanted steam cleaning like those provided by Texas Steam Team in Houston that we used the previous week.
