Rid-A-Bug Termite & Pest Control

The owner is the one who did the spraying. He was very nice. He knows his job well and had answers to all of my questions.

Louis and my husband both crawled under, around and in the house but could not find any source that would keep attracting them. We first found the Formosan Termites after Hurricane Rita. He scheduled an appointment to return in a couple days. He had a stronger poison that is new on the market. He showed up the next day instead, much to our delight. He says the termites will carry this stuff back to the nest and hopefully destroy all of them. He told us not to go under the house for 30 days. We have been using him since 2006. He inspects every year and comes as soon as possible when we call. He's very nice and professional. (The only reason we graded him with a and quot;Band quot; is because we still have termites but they are Formosan and very hard to get rid of.)

Louis arrives promptly when he says he will be there. He is professional ,definitely knows his bugs and how to get rid of them . We were so pleased with him I now use him at all of my rental properties. A pleasant person to have in my home, soft spoken polite and does what he says.
