After trying to fix the problem ourselves we called another plumber first, but he could not come for a week. Called Ricky and he came on his lunch time. He explained what was wrong, what had to be done and got on the project quickly. Great job and good price. We will use him again and recommend him to everyone who needs a great plumber.

He's not easy to get because he's busy and he's good. If it's an emergency he will come out, he knows my children. If it's an emergency he comes out pretty quickly. My home is old and what I like about him is he caution me about my piping underneath. He said, "You know this is an old house, it's got an old piping. Don't put those things in you commode to clean it with, that leaks your piping." He's excellent, I found the price reasonable.

It was great! I had water coming up under my toilet every time I washed clothes. When I called him on Monday, he was pretty full that day but said he'd come on Tuesday. Monday afternoon he called to say he'd finished early and could he come then. He was here about 1.5 hours. Tried clearing the clog in a couple of directions, when that didn't work, went on the roof and started clearing from there. That worked!! Very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!!

Excellent work! Very tidy. Completed work in good time. Came when he promised. Cleaned up after the project was complete and protected area while working.

I called R. Bergeron, and he called me right back with a time and date that he would perfom the work. He gave me an approx estimate over the phone and the cost was very close to his estimate. I had other plumbing issues that he took care of besides my original work. He was very professional and i will definately use him again in the future.

He is hard to get ahold of. Must call cell, leave message but he ALWAYS calls you back. Would and will use him again and again. Work was done professionally and he left telling me that IF I had a problem, just call him and he would come back just so that the job would be done right.

The plumber is a local guy and he has been there for many years now. His father primarily does new construction. I called the plumber instead of doing the work myself. He did come out to fix the problem that I had. He took about an hour and a half to get the work done. He charged a couple of hundred dollars which also included the parts. I did ask him if he wanted the valves that I had but he told me that he had better valves. He also told me that it wouldn’t cost that much for the valves that he had. He said that if he used his valves, then he gave me a guarantee for 10 years and also told me that it wouldn’t leak for 10 years. His price is very reasonable. He charges a fair price and gets the work done. He prefers to use commercial stuff which would have a good warranty. He charged about $400 when he did the bathroom plumbing. He does quality work. He is very responsive but it’s a bit hard to reach him sometimes because he says that he is busy. You have to leave a message and he will get back to you either on that day or the following morning. He will respond quickly if you have an emergency. He shows up when he says he would show up and moreover he lives just 3 blocks away from my house. The fixture over the tub in the bathroom had been installed when the house was built. So there was very little access to get to it and that’s the reason why he had to rip out all the walls. He took some measurements and came back to inform me that he could install an access door on the side. So he fixed that too and he said that it would cost $30 for the access door. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
