Husband contacted office and spoke with a Dorothy who said that we didn't pay for 2nd visit. We wasn't billed for a 2nd visit when it was a return when work wasn't done correctly on first visit. She wouldn't or couldn't tell y husband why wasn't a statement left on 2nd visit or why we hadn't received a statement int he mail saying that we owed. I came home to speak with tech. He apologized to me saying that he didn't know that they was gonna charge us for the 2nd visit. He admitted to me that he didn't do work correctly the first time. I told him that I wasn't gonna pay the full $135 for a charge that we knew nothing about and if we had known we wouldn't have let him do the work this time. I attempted to call office with no answer for about 5 minutes. He attempted also. Finally Dorothy answers and I began askin her about the charges. She advised me that the first visit was just a service call which is what we wanted and I told her NO we didn't ask for a service call. Our garage door wouldn't open n we needed it repaired. She and I got into an heated argument about this. She advice me that the owner of the company took the request and that's what the work order stated and we signed off on it. I told her the tech is right here and he said he didn't do the work correctly and I can let her speak to him. She puts me on hold and calls him on his cell and they began to talk. While I am holding for about 5minutes someone else picks up the phone named Chelsey. She said she didn't know all the details but per the workout it was a service call. She and I began to exchange words in an heated argument when I am telling her that we called back the next day (0930) to advis that it still wasn't working and she told me that I was wrong, we called back on 1007 and tech back on 1008. Which was totally incorrect. She hung up in my face. I went back to the tech and advise him of the situation. I was will to deduct the $90 from the $135 and pay for the work and parts done on1030 but I was flatly refusing to pay the full $135. While he and I was talking someone from the office called in. When he got off the phone he advised me that they didn't want him to take partial payment. I ask him if he was sure he didn't want to take at least payment for now since he did the work and replaced the parts. He apologized for the confusion and for the way the ppl in the office had spoken to me. And I also apologize to him. I ask him several more time if he was sure about taking the money . He said he couldn't and ask me to sign the invoice. I refused to sign the invoice and ask to have the owner of the company to call me. As of now I have not receive a call.
