Ken came over and looked at the house, old unit, and took measurments. He called the next day with estiments and options. I hired an Electrician to change a 100 amp service to a 200 amp service. Ken worked with the other contractor, supplied electrical specs, and helped with any questions they had. The project was completed quickly with no hangups. They even added conduent and replaced the old falty emergency shutoff box without extra charge (something the electricans overlooked).
