Description of Work: Sam Mesuch regularly provides my home lawn service. The grass is cut to an appropriate height, the paved edges are trimmed, and the cuttings are blown or picked up for disposal. The walkways are left free of debris. The work is done on a regular schedule. Phone calls or text messages are returned promptly. On one afternoon, Sam noticed that a water faucet pipe had deteriorated, rusting through at ground level. He spent two hours getting tools and materials to replace it before it became a major problem.
