Dwayne Penn's Airconditioning

Joined Angie's list to look for a real A/C guy in Lake Charles. Had three different companies come out over the past year and service one of my A/C units at about $100 a pop. One guy said it needed freon, another sprayed it with some foam cleaner and hosed it down, and another told me it needed more freon... I called the first two top listings on Angie's list and they responded immediately but were both out of Texas and couldn't do work in Louisiana..... Called the next top three on the list and none of them returned my phone call after a week so I moved on.... By word of mouth from someone at my wife's work, we were given Dwayne Penn's number to call. He came out and within moments after hooking up his gauges told me the compressor was shot and gave me the option to replace the compressor or the entire old unit. He called me that same evening with estimates and I chose to replace the 2-ton unit with a brand new one. Dwayne set up the install date for a few days later and showed up this morning (5/29/2012) and did his magic. Dwayne is one of those guys you just know is honest, knowledgeable, and dependable the moment you meet him. He has no idea I am referring him here on Angie's list either.
