Exceptional, Effective and Efficient! From the minute I called Bordelon Septic Systems until the service technician left, one word describes my experience - exceptional. The very professional service technician identified the two problems with the septic system immediately and was effective and efficient in making the repairs very quickly. He cleaned the filtees and then made sure the entire system worked properly from the intake all of the way to the three sprinkler heads. I would only call Bordelon Septic Systems in the future and recommend you do the same!

Mike Parker called within minutes of my request and they scheduled coming out as soon as possible. Mike knew exactly what the issue would be with the pump and it was repaired immediately. The pump truck came out and pumped out the septic tank with very, very minimal damage to the lawn and in such a way that the sod could be put back and grow where it appeared there had never been any disruption to the lawn. Overall, an extremely professional and quality job and the only company I would call for any future septic tank needs.

Paul was very pleasant and efficient. He came earlier than my appointment time after calling me to let me know about how soon he would be there. It was a very expensive job but seems to be a very good price. He also went beyond what had to be done and replaced 2 sprinkler heads free. He left the area neat as it was when he got there.

They always fix the septic systems and I don't have a problem with them for months/years after the repair. They fixed a blocked pump most recently and pumped the tank. Excellent job, fast, reasonably priced.

Bordelon Septic Systems found a broken pipe in the septic system and fixed it as well as replaced a sprinkler head. The price was lower than I thought it would be. They do beautiful work. Bordelon Septic Systems is very professional. They were on time and done in less than an hour. The clean up was amazing. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They replaced the broken water line. They also replaced the broken sprinkler head that I had run over with the lawn mower. They were very knowledgeable and were glad to show me and explain to me everything that they were doing. He even cleaned up the yard, around the area where he'd dug it up to get to the pipe.
