"I would not use this service again. My spouse stated that this was too good to be true and he was right. The price was unbelievable but we went with it. They were prompt in scheduling my cleaning and charging my credit card immediately. My spouse and I flew in to meet the ‘pro’ and they cancelled and rescheduled. We made arrangements to stay and meet the pro on the rescheduled date. When the time arrived the ‘pro’ was a no-show. We tried to reach the person and they reported that they were late due to traffic but could not tell us where and what there ETA was. We waited and then tried to reach the pro again and the phone was turned on. I could never get a human staff person on the phone except the team that schedules. I ended up contacting my credit card to cancel the transaction because Handy offered me an account credit only. I will not seek their services again."
