This job was very delicate and complicated because the ceiling needed to be restored with popcorn spray. However, Ryan Overzet did an amazing job, and the result was beyond what I expected. Ryan was very punctual, all of my furniture was protected during the painting, and he cleaned my room after the job was completed. He will be the number-one person that I will call next time for any house repairs.

I will definitely hire them again. Very pleased with the project. He was on time and he did a good job. No surprises.

Contractor initially asked to call me back once they were at their desk, which they did, but when I picked up the phone they hung up and didn't call back. I called them a week later and they made an appointment to come see my house but then they never showed up at that time or called to reschedule.

Our original contractor bailed on us and we had to find someone to renovate an apartment quickly. We schedule 3 estimates. Ryan was great to deal with from the start and got us an estimate quickly that was detailed and even though he also had another project he was finishing he assured us he would get out apartment done. Even though we had a month, I was surprised how much he got accomplished in just 1 weekend. He was faster than our previous contractor who we have used for years and stayed within the timeline and budget. With the success of the first apartment, we hired him to renovate another one within a tighter timeline and again he did a great job, reasonable price and delivered on time. He also repaired a leak in one of the apartments that had been leaking apparently for >15 years and found the problem that several other repairmen/ plumbers etc never found. All the people he uses also are very professional. Looking forward to working with him on future projects.

After purchasing, I submitted dates to perform the services and the vendor never even made contact. Gave it one month then requested and received a refund from Angie's List.

The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. He even cut a curtain rod that we bought the wrong size.

Overall the service was good. There was a little difficulty with scheduling but the matter was resolved in a timely manner. The pressure washing of my home was good. My only complaint is that there was residue (green stuff) left around the bottom rim of the house. I overlooked the matter assuming it was difficult to see or remove.

Work was professionally performed. However, no follow up on additional work request from homeowner after initial job was completed.

Work was started on time and finished a day early. All building debris was removed. Also made a few incidental repairs at no extra cost. All the condo owners in our building were very pleased with the work. Our condo association has voted to use Too The Nines for all repairs needed in the future.
