+ 0 moreGave me an estimate on more windows then I wanted to get done. When I called, they revised the estimate but added $100 trip fee (Slidell to Mandeville) and a $25 ladder fee. They obviously do not want to work in Mandeville and only on their terms. Estimates were out of sight.

Description of Work: I had 9 windows replaced. I ordered them and when the can to install it only took 1 hr for all nine windows. After they cleaned there mess.

+ 0 moreThey missed the first day they were supposed to come and did not inform me. But they were trying to fit me in asap (vs other companies) and they had some issues so I can understand that. Showed up the next day, did the job, and were polite and professional. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience with The Glass Men went smoothly and as planned. We had numerous problems with the bathroom remodel that resulted in the entire project taking over 9 months to complete. They were the only contractors that we did not have any problems with at all. They did everything they said they would do and more. If all the other contractors had been as reliable and professional as The Glass Men, we could have finished our project in a few weeks. You won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: We recently remodeled our master bath room. This included adding two large glass shower panels. One was full size with a hinged door for the entry into the shower and the other side was a half glass panel. The Glass Men came out at least three times throughout the bathroom renovation to make sure that the progress in the bathroom remodel didn't change the measurements of the glass panels. They did this without us asking them. We had numerous problems with the overall bathroom remodel but our experience with The Glass Men was one of the only areas that went smoothly. They were professional, reliable and provided quality work and quality glass. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for our other bathroom. You will find their prices competitive and their work superior to other glass companies that we have used in the past.
