Amazzzzing service from Mr. Tommy — he came and found the problem — rewired and adjusted what needed to be fixed . Nicest man — very professional and took time to explain the New the thermostat. Busiest time of the Christmas season and he made us feel taken care of and got the problem taken care of quickly.

They do electrical, A/C, plumbing and contracting. They have a contractor. They're licensed in contracting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. They haven't charged me yet.

Herman provided a detailed quote with the brand name and warranty spelled out for parts and also for labor. Very Helpful.

Took multiple calls to get them to come out initially for outlets that were so hot they could not be touched - said there was no problem even though the paint around the outlet was literally melting. Problem with drain in tub - said it's because it's far from water source. Slow flow from shower head again said because of distance from water source. Lights not working under the house was the last call - they came and said a reset button just had to be pushed on the exterior outlet - they could have told us that over the phone but instead charged us 89.00 since there was nothing wrong, we just did not know about the reset button as we are senior citizens. All we had was 100.00 - gave it to the technician who said they would send us our change. Despite numerous calls to Jennifer and Herman always saying they would refund the 11.00 -it has been months and months and never received the 11.00 change. Not a lot of money but it goes a long way speaking for the character of this company. Aside from not really knowing what they doing, messy work around outlets, outlets put in crooked I feel that they did not take responsibility for any of the complaints we had and they never gave us our change - I would never use these people again. I have since had another electrician out who checked and repaired our outlets. I intend to call a different plumber out as well to see about the slow shower head flow and the slow draining tub. This is a brand new home, it is small and they treated us as if were idiots, never really repairing anything or taking responsibility. They acted like it was a problem to come out and then took our change.

Unit is sealed and I am more confident in the quality and efficiency of my A/C unit.

I paid under $100 for the job. I think that price is important, but it is equally important that they do good work and they are professional. They were very professional. They came out the same day that I had called them. I think they were very fair priced also. I would use them in the future.

The work was great. It wasn't the cheapest but the quality of the work was perfect. They were very professional, especially compared to the person we worked with previously. There was no question about whether they were actually going to get the project done the day that they arrived. They had all the materials they needed in their truck. They had asked enough questions ahead of time so they knew what size fittings they needed to bring with them so there were no delays. It was such a small job I felt they bid high on it. But we paid it anyways.
