Everything went amazing! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were out within hours of my phone call (which was at 5pm!) and even pointed out a few things that should be fixed to prevent issues in the future. I have never experienced this caliber of service from a company I have had come out. The owner is highly qualified and took his time to explain some fixes he could make while he was out. This was very impressive to me as most companies do not take the time to even explain what they are doing, much less help prevent an incident in the future. I will absolutely contact them in the future.

In addition to the details above, I want to add that Stephen is down-to-earth, very pleasant and extremely capable and knowledgeable. I could sense immediately that he was the right man for the job. After waking up and discovering that there was no water supply to the house, I knew there was a problem. We are new to the area and I didn't know who to call. Thank goodness for Angie's List. I called Stephen and we arranged for him to come out, which he did and within the timeframe I expected, which was a great relief. Stephen is a polite and quite pleasant gentleman. I happened to go to a meeting later in the day and a neighbor who knew I had a plumbing emergency that day, asked me to give Stephen's number to another neighbor, which I was glad to do. I highly recommend Stephen Jordan and SMJ Services.

Steve Jordan owns the business, is responsive and professional. Clyde performed the work, but did not come at appointed time the first time. However, when Steve was called, he rectified the situation right away. Clyd was very competent and explained everything very well. Work was more extensive than expected, but the house is very old, and many things need replacing or repair. Work was completed in one day, price very fair. .

We woke up Sunday morning with no water running anywhere in the house. Luckily I was able to find this company that did 24hr/ 7 day a week emergency service. He came out shortly after we called and was able to assess the situation and fix it in a very quick amount of time. He even showed me how to fix it the next time something like that happens. He also found another issue with my system that I would need to hire a qualified well person to fix. I did appreciate that and I getting that repaired as well. He is a plumber person, but he can work on pumps, but not the well systems themselves. He did great work and am keep them in my "rolodex" for future use.

They did a really good job. They were able to fix this in 20 minutes.
