bicycles, lawn mower repair
+ 0 morePJ'S Lawnmower & Bicycle Repair in Slidell Louisiana. It's been a while, probably six months since I've been there. They probably charged me $30 or something like that, I really don't remember. I would say it is very reasonable. The customer service is pretty good, it's okay.
Description of Work: PJ'S Lawnmower & Bicycle Repair The last time I was there they repaired my bicycle.

lawn mower repair

Description of Work: 3 different service periods in 6 months: 1st time both a riding lawnmower (bent blade and bent shaft, belt wouldn't stay on) and a push lawnmower, (it needed new wiring because big dog had chewed on it) they picked them up and delivered back. We don't have a truck. About $400 2nd time came to house and fixed the riding lawnmower (easy fix, we're not mechanics it was flooded) and needed a clamp. It had never been run since it was fixed, a couple of months later. $40 3rd time called for service, riding lawnmower not running and hubby had run all over the push mower's cords. Owner said to call late next week was currently busy. Complied. Called late the next week and he told me everyone had quit him (Hmmmm) and NOW there was 5 people ahead of me so he wouldn't be able to get to me for 3 weeks. I would have gladly put my name on a list in the beginning. Said he didn't have time to talk to me because he was working in 90* heat by himself. Looking for someone new.

lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI pretty much use him exclusively for lawn mower repairs. He didn't have what I wanted when I was looking for a push mower but the previous time, when I had repairs done on my lawn mower, it was fine. The repair was for a riding mower so he actually delivered it to the house for free. I've known this guy for a while since I moved here and had to buy a lawn mower from him. I sold it back to him years and years ago, after I moved to a house and didn't need it anymore. He gives a good deal.
Description of Work: He's performed repairs on my lawn mower in the past. More recently, I went there to purchase a push lawn mower and he didn't have one available at the time. I ended up using the riding mower I have in the meantime.
