Solved our problem!

I called him yesterday, and the owner came out promptly as agreed upon today to look at my unit. I thought I had low freon, but all it turned out to be was my coil was filthy with dust and cobwebs, and he washed it out with my nearby hose and checked all my gauges to make sure everything was in working condition. Don't go looking for anyone further, cost was reasonable, and he was courteous, friendly, professional and did more than I had expected by giving me important tips to keep the air flowing properly throughout my home. I'm totally keeping him as my regular maintenance. Job well done Dennis, applause! June

My A/C went out at ten in the evening. I e-mailed them (and a couple of others) at about 5 a.m. the next morning, with the message "heeeeeelp". The temperature has been solidly in the 90s with heat index up to 110. The called me by 0740, clearing understanding the measure of desperation in my message, and were there by 0800. They cleaned the unit, changed the capacitor, added some freon. The service call itself was only $68. The entire price was, to me, very reasonable. They were fast, courteous and efficient and didn't do any more than was needed to repair the unit. I would use them again in a heartbeat, although I hope I won't have to.

They come on time, do their job and charge me reasonably. They ensure to fix things the first time itself. I highly recommend them and will use the same in future.
